Jobs Report: Good, But Not Great
New jobs report shows improvement, but not enough.
July's job report showed an increase in hiring, as well as an slight uptick in the unemployment rate.
163,000 thousand were added in July, the best number since March.
Still, more people were looking, so the unemployment rate ticked up a tenth to 8.3 percent.
Mitt Romney called that a "hammer blow" to the middle class and blamed the president.
President Obama, meanwhile, noted 4.5 million jobs have been created on his watch, 1.5 million this year.
"But let's acknowledge," he added, "we still have too many folks out there who are looking for work."
