Job applicant steals tires from potential employer's vehicle

Man enters business, requesting employment application, leaves not with a job, but instead steals two tires from the employee who handed him the application.

On Wednesday, July 10, police were called to a business, located at 1413 W. Military Hwy, in regards to making a report about a theft occurring on Tuesday, July 9th.

The victim stated that a man entered the business and requested an application for employment and then left after he was asked for identification.

As the victim left the business he noticed that the two 295/75 R22 MTR tires were missing from the bed of this truck.

He checked the surveillance video and saw the man, who had requested the application, removing the tires from the truck and leaving in a gray Lincoln Mark truck.
