IRS updates mobile app to support Spanish language
WASHINGTON, D.C. (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — The IRS announced the release of a smartphone app available in Spanish.
The update of IRS2Go 3.0 will now offer practical tax tools and information for the first time in either Spanish or English.
The free mobile app offers taxpayers a number of safe and secure ways to access tools and up-to-date tax information. The taxpayers’ phone language settings will determine whether the IRS2Go content appears in English or in Spanish.
The resources available on the app includes getting the status of your refund, ordering tax return transcript, the IRS Youtube video channel, getting IRS Twitter news feeds, receiving tips and reminders to their emails and recent updates on www.IRS.gov
Apple users can update or download the free IRS2Go application by visiting the Apple App Store. Android users can visit Google Play to download the free IRS2Go app.
