SOUTH PADRE ISLAND — The Cameron County Sheriff's Department is investigating a case in which a body was found on Saturday afternoon between beach access five and six. Investigators believe the body washed ashore and was identified as 33 year-old Margarito Algrea, a Mexican national, and they believe he may have been fishing and drowned. An autopsy has been ordered and deputies believe foul played was not involved.
