Inmate served with additional charges of aggravated robbery

A man, arrested for a robbery in Harlingen, is served with two additional charges of aggravated robbery in another Valley city.

On Monday, July 22nd San Benito detectives served two aggravated robbery warrants on Alberto M. Martinez-Valles, 21, who was being held at the Cameron County jail.

San Benito detectives were informed that Martinez-Valles had been arrested by Harlingen police in connection to a aggravated robbery in the city.

Martinez-Valles admitted to robbing a Kiko's & Rosie's drive thru and was arraigned at the Cameron County jail and issued a $500,000 bond on the charges.
