Immigrant Falls From Border Fence

Border Patrol agents patrolling along the border fence in Brownsville, helped an injured illegal immigrant who feel 14 feet when trying to cross back into Mexico.

The agents spotted two men from Mexico crossing over the fence illegally, near the B&M International bridge, and when the agents approached them for questioning the men climbed back onto the wall to cross back into Mexico. In the attempt to climb the fence one of the men lost his footing and fell from the top of fence and injured his ankle.

Agents called an ambulance for assistance while they searched for the other illegal who was caught moments later, his partner was taken to Valley Baptist Medical Center in Brownsville. Although the scene cleared rather quickly, other Border agents stayed in the area looking for other possible immigrants.
