Brownsville police have identified the man wanted in the IBC bank robbery last week inside a Walmart store.

Police are searching for 27 year-old Jose Angel Sierra who was arrested just a month ago in connection to several burglaries at La Estancia apartments. He is now wanted in connection to the aggravated robbery at a IBC bank located inside a Walmart on Boca Chica Boulevard.

Authorities say he handed the teller a note demanding cash and fled with an undisclosed amount of cash.
