MCALLEN - As the new year approaches, so do thoughts on how you can renew your image and lifestyle.

Most people may choose to drink less alcohol, manage debt, or save money as new years resolutions, but it seems the number one new years resolution on everyone's list is working out and becoming more physically fit.

There are a few things we can do to keep our fitness resolution in check.
