Homeless teacher project

An Orlando middle school teacher left his home July 4 to spend a month living as a homeless person to see what life is truly like for the homeless. Amanda Ober reports.
(WESH) An Orlando a middle school teacher is posing as a homeless person. He hopes his experiment will hopefully help others but he fears a criminal may have recently targeted his family knowing he was not home. All this walking and not eating well is not doing me too well and I assure you I got ate by every single bug known to man tonight. Orange County middle schoolteacher left his home July fourth to spend a month living as a homeless person. He hopes to raise awareness of the challenges the homeless face and to engage his students in the lesson by sharing his experience on Facebook and Youtube. He says homelessness is harder than he ever imagined. Sleeping on the concrete is easy, it is always being treated like junk.
