Friday's cold weather made it official sweater weather for residents of the Valley as most shoppers awoke to a cold front blowing into the Valley.

People in downtown McAllen bundling up from hear to toe as they made their shopping rounds. The cold front predicted has definitely arrived with gray skies and even though some were all bundled up and rather have warmer weather to enjoy. Some didn't seem to mind the change in mother natures course for instance Virginia Hidalgo who enjoyed the drop in the weather.
