Men pull severely wounded driver from wrecked vehicle.
Two Good Samaritans spoke out Tuesday after helping save the life of a motorist involved in a dangerous car accident.
Ron Williams was driving along Florida State Road 82 in Lee County earlier this month when his SUV flipped over.
"I looked at my elbow and all I saw was blood squirting out," Williams described.
Lucky for Williams, two pest control technicians happened to also be driving along SR-82.
Ivan Starkey and Chuck Bradley pulled over immediately.
"Me and another guy used all our might to get the door open and get inside there," said Starkey. "I was in the Marine Corps for eight years. My personal training is to stop the blood. Get the arm immobilized."
Starkey tore off his belt and wrapped it around the victim's arm, which was bleeding heavily.
"We would hope anyone would do the same thing," said Bradley.
