Hidalgo Sheriff's searching for drive-by shooter.

Hidalgo county sheriff's are asking for the help of the viewers in finding a suspected gang member accused of shooting a man over the weekend.

Ramiro Lozoya is accused of being the trigger man in a drive-by shooting on Saturday night. The incident took place on the 3700 block of Campacuas Drive north of Mercedes. Investigators believe Lozaya shot at the home hitting 43 year-old Adolfo Martinez on the right side of his body. Lozaya is considered armed and dangerous and anyone with information on the whereabouts is urged to call the Hidalgo CrimeStoppers at 956.668.TIPS.
