HIDALGO COUNTY — The Hidalgo County Sheriff's Department is searching for an alleged kidnapper, Erik Rosas de Ochoa, who is the main suspect in a kidnapping case. Deputies believe Ochoa kidnapped a man at gunpoint at a Penitas tire shop on Wednesday  and investigators are warning the public that he is considered armed and dangerous.
