Hero & Hound Reunited
Wounded veteran back together with pup he raised in Afghanistan.
A soldier severely wounded in Afghanistan will soon be reunited with the puppy that he helped raise while serving his tour of duty.
"Smoke Pup Barbarian" arrived at Florida's Orlando International Airport Wednesday evening.
He was greeted by Seminole County Sheriff Don Eslinger and members of his family.
Eslinger's son, Don Jr., is currently at Walter Reed National Military Medical Center undergoing rehabilitation for wounds suffered in a mortar attack.
A donation funded group called Puppy Rescue Mission makes these reunions possible.
