According to a new study from the University of Colorado, nearly three out of four teens and adults in this country need more vitamin D.
Researchers analyzed blood samples from nearly 20,000 people in the early 90's and then again a decade later. The average blood levels of vitamin D went down during that time frame. The body produces vitamin D mainly through sunlight exposure.
