Study Show Boxed Wine Has Fewer Chemicals

If you're a wine lover you probably have an opinion on this new scientific research suggests that in the battle of bottled wine versus boxed cardboard and screw caps may be better than glass and cork.
In Dallas Omar Villafranca put those findings to the test at Crush Wine Shop in Dallas. You can pick up a nice bottle of red or white wine. Canadian scientists say boxed wine may taste better and a study in the Journal of Agriculture and Food Chemistry showed that wine in a box contained fewer chemicals that could ruin a bottle. Even with scientific data, drinking boxed wine tastes like sour grapes to some people. Wine drinkers will ultimately decide what kind of wine tastes best. As for the bottle or the box? Customers at Crush say as long as it's good quality wine, they'll try it.
