High Blood Pressure Causes Silent Strokes

People with high blood pressure appear to be more likely to suffer silent strokes.
Silent strokes don't cause any noticeable symptoms, but do cause some damage in the brain. An Australian study found those with high blood pressure were 60% more likely to suffer silent strokes than those with normal blood pressure.
