The flu drugs Tamiflu and Relenza do little to help children infected with the virus which may change the way doctors treat kids who have H1N1.

Researchers reviewed data from clinical trials of children who were treated with Tamiflu or Relenza after being diagnosed with seasonal flu. They found the drugs cut the time the children were sick by a day because most H1N1 cases are mild and say most kids would benefit if these flu drugs were kept on the shelf.
