A new study finds eating moderate amounts of chocolate can help people who have suffered a heart attack.
Researchers at Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center, studied the records of over 1,000 Swedish men who had suffered a heart attack and found those who ate chocolate roughly twice a week were significantly less likely to die from heart disease. Experts say the anti-oxidants in chocolate are likely behind the benefit.
