Round two of the H1N1 flu virus is expected soon, and with less than two weeks until the date authorities say the vaccine will be out, rumors are going around about the safety of the vaccine and have people worried, but experts say there is nothing to worry about.
Health officials recommend to, first, get your usual seasonal flu shot as soon as possible, second, stock up on supplies, just in case any family member gets sick, like hand sanitizer, tissues, over-the-counter cold medications and hydration fluids like water and sports drinks, and finally, wash your hands with soap and water frequently, or use hand sanitizer.
