Harlingen South Coach Charged with DWI

HARLINGEN - Harlingen South head football coach Gilbert Leal was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated on Thursday morning.

Police report that Leal was stopped after speeding down a street and was arrested on suspicion of driving while intoxicated.
