Harlingen police have released the name of the man found dead on Tuesday in an alley way.

Police identified the man as 50 year-old Charles William Wilson whose body was discovered in an alley way near the intersection of Glasscock and New Hampshire street. His official cause of death won't be determined until an autopsy is complete, but police don't believe his death is the result of foul play.
