HARLINGEN — The police department has added four Humvees, from a military surplus program, to it's fleet of vehicles. Sgt. John Parrish of the Harlingen Police Department stated, "We are going to paint them up and fix them up and utilize them primarily for drug interdiction, things of that nature, as well for high water flood rescues."
