Harlingen police arrested two men who are suspected to be involved in a shooting.

Police say that Christopher Carmona and Severo Alfonso Granado are linked to a shooting on October 9th where a man was shot in the neck. Granado was arrested on outstanding warrants in Katy, Texas by U.S. Marshals, then was moved to the Harris County jail. He's being held there until they bring him back to Harlingen. Carmona was arrested at his home in Harlingen and both were give a $60,000 dollar bond.
