In Harlingen, police arrested a man they believe committed several break-ins across the city.

Juan Martinez Zambrano was arrested after struggling with police as they attempted to serve a felony warrant. Zambrano is accused of breaking into several buildings and a house in Harlingen. He was charged with burglary of habitation, two counts of burglary of a building, resisting and evading arrest and a total bond of $32,000 dollars.
