HIDALGO - Today is the 22nd anniversary of the Americans with Disabilities Act, but even after all this time, some cities are places still ignore the needs of the disabled.

The South Texas Civil Rights Project said some of these injustices are happening in the Valley. And because of this, they are standing behind several individuals who are filing law suits against a few Hidalgo County cities.
