Suspect manages to steal Georgia police cruiser despite handcuffs. Kevin Rowson reports.

(WXIA) An Atlanta, Georgia woman is on the run from police after she stole a Union City police patrol car and wrecked it, despite being handcuffed and locked in the back of the car.

Police say it was an almost circus-like feat.

Jenny Faith Clementi's hands were cuffed behind her back and a Plexiglas barrier separated her from the front of the patrol car.

"She was able to manipulate her hands in front of her, pick the lock and gain access to the front of the police car," said Union City Police Officer Chris Murphy.

It all began when Clementi was arrested by Union City Police at a Walmart on Tuesday.
