PHARR - The Pharr Police Department got to work early this morning. Around 8:30  Police received calls of shots fired near the Canal Bank on Darlene. Witnesses say 29 year old Jesus Trevino, fled the scene Police arrested Trevino inside home after discovering marijuana. This incident is still under investigation
