MATAMOROS, MEXICO — The Consulate General in Matamoros advised staff to stay indoors after several security incidents were reported in the city. Numerous roadblocks were reported as well as gunfire on the West side of town. Officials say U.S. citizens should exercise caution if they live in Matamoros or are traveling through the city.
