Graphic Cigarette Warning Labels Struck Down By U.S. Appeals Court

NATIONAL - The food and Drug Administration says Manufactures must cover half of their product packaging with graphic warning labels like these. Five cigarette companies took the FDA to the court, and the case has gone back and forth in the court system. Today, a US appeals court ruled manufactures do not need to comply with the label rules. The case could make it to the supreme court.
