A Brownsville grand jury has indicted 60 year-old Robert L Hedrick who is accused of sexually exploiting children, transferring obscene materials to a minor and possessing child pornography.

Hedrick has been in federal custody since he was arrested at his home in July and the court is expected to set a date for his arraignment next week.
