Add the State of Texas to the list of those states that rejected an opportunity to extend Medicaid health insurance to Texans for now. Governor Rick Perry says he will not execute major parts of the Affordable Care Act which was recently upheld by the U.S. Supreme Court by stating, "I will not be party to socializing healthcare and bankrupting my state."
