Governor Perry appoints McAllen real estate broker to Texas Real Estate Commission

AUSTIN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — Governor Rick Perry has appointed a McAllen resident to the Texas Real Estate Commission which regulates and licenses real estate brokers and salespeople.
Adrian Arriaga was one of three appointees chosen by Governor Perry on Monday, subject to Senate confirmation.
Mr. Arriaga is commercial international broker and owner of AAA Real Estate and Investments, member and presidential liaison of the National Association of Realtors and member and past president of the Greater McAllen Association of Realtors.
If appointed Arriaga's term on the commission would expire in 2019.
