The man accused of shooting three men after he suspected them of stealing palm trees from his family's business may be posting bond soon.

25 year-old Graham Garfield's bond was originally set at $2 million dollars for one count of murder and two counts of attempted murder, but Hidalgo County Sheriff Lupe Trevino say Garfield's attorneys were able to prove that he is not a flight risk and reduced his bond to $100,000 dollars.
