MCALLEN — A former Edinburg North High School quarterback has posted bail after he was charged with aggravated sexual assault of a minor.
Police arrested 18-year-old Joel Cuellar this weekend after they found him in a car with a young boy.
The car was parked on the block of West Fern Avenue in McAllen.
Police searched it because it looked suspicious.
Cuellar posted bail Saturday morning.
