An arsonist is to blame for at least four dumpster fires in Brownsville with the most recent fire occurring Tuesday evening off of East Elizabeth and 5th street.

The Brownsville Fire Department has released surveillance video of the Tuesday evening fire behind the Industrial Electric Supply off of Paredes Line road. Investigators say the suspect is Hispanic, 5'5" in height, receding hairline and possibly some facial hair. The say the suspect was spotted with a bicycle that has a basket on the front of the bike and uses it to get away on the bike trail.
