BROWNSVILLE — Brownsville Fire Explorers learned the importance of administering CPR to victims as part of being of Fire Explorer program. EMS instructors at the University of Texas at Brownsville taught the students the proper way to perform CPR as instructor David Garcia stated, "Anytime we are doing CPR we know it's a matter of life and death, anytime someone needs compression we know it's a matter of life and death."
