This is what used to be a storage barn for Morados Pest and Termite Control in San Benito. It had all their field equipment in it including spray rigs and ladders. The fire started Saturday afternoon.

"That's all our money, we need those machines to make our money, we need them to spray the yards, the termites all our chemicals went down."

Manager Eddie Olivarez says the fire that destroyed their equipment comes at an epically bad time.

"It's our busiest time of the year we have bees, termites, fleas, and ticks we slow down in the winter I don't know what caused this but its hurting us right now."

"Also destroyed in this fire was this brand new 2011 Ford Ranger."

"Brand new truck happened to be parked here because of the heat or something this other machine melted with all the heat."

"It's all by surprise."

The fire Marshall says they are calling the fire accidental, but so far they are unable to determine how the fire started.
