Closing arguments could come next week.

Court wrapped early Friday as Dr. Paul White continued his testimony in the involuntary manslaughter trial of Dr. Conrad Murray.

The prosecution will have the weekend to review new evidence, sending the high profile into its sixth week of testimony.

Dr. White is known as the "father of Propofol", the powerful sedative blamed in Michael Jackson's death.

Using new computer models and bottles of Propofol, White demonstrated why he believes Dr. Murray is not responsible for Jackson's death.

White also disputed the prosecution's Propofol expert, Dr. Steven Shafer, who claimed that Dr. Murray gave Jackson Propofol through an IV drip that was still running even after the pop star stopped breathing.

The defense contends Jackson was an addict so desperate for sleep that he gave himself the deadly dose of Propofol which was 40 times larger than the 25 mg dose Dr. Murray says he gave Jackson the day he died.

Cross examination of Dr. White begins on Monday.
