FBI seeking public's help in kidnapping case of a U.S. Marine in Mexico

BROWNSVILLE, TEXAS (KVEO NEWSCENTER 23) — The FBI is seeking information from the public in regards to the kidnapping case of U.S. Marine Armando Torres III in Mexico.
As NEWSCENTER 23's Matt Fernandez had reported back on May 16th, the FBI and Mexican law enforcement agencies are investigating the May 14th kidnapping of Armando Torres III, his father Armando Torres II and his uncle Salvador Torres in La Barrance, Tamaulipas, Mexico.
On that day, Armando Torres III drove enter Mexico at the Progresso International port of entry to visit his father's ranch in La Barranca. It has been reported that after he arrived at the ranch, armed gunmen entered the ranch and took all three men by force and they have not been seen or heard from since.
There is a Mexican criminal investigation opened and the FBI has opened a concurrent international kidnapping investigation and pursuing all leads.
