HARLINGEN, TEXAS (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — Police arrested 27 year-old Ignacio Almanza on injury to a child after daycare employees reported seeing significant bruising on the child's legs and chest. Police investigated the allegations and issued a warrant for Almanza's arrest, but he turned himself into authorities on Monday, but maintains his innocence saying he was spanking his child for misbehaving at the daycare.
