Police are still unable to identify the bodies from the fatal fire over the weekend.

Police are still unable to identify the bodies from the fatal fire over the weekend.

Four bodies were recovered from the home after the fire was extinguished.

Fire fighters said the bodies have been identified as a man, a woman and two children.

One man did escape the fire, but police said they are still unable to ask him any questions about how the fire may have started and how he was able to get out.

Autopsies on the bodies are currently being done and police and fire officials expect to have results by Wednesday.

But police still have doubts that an autopsy will officially reveal the identity of the victims.

"We do not have positive identification yet. We are thinking we may have to depend on DNA to give us that information. Now in order for us to get that, we anticipate a long, lengthy process, so its not going to be anytime soon," said Miryam Anderson, Lieutenant.

All DNA will have to be sent to a lab and may take weeks to get back.
