Florida man facing sentencing for vehicular manslaughter vanishes along with his wife and two children. Peter Bernard reports.

(WFLA) A Florida man facing sentencing for a vehicular manslaughter conviction has removed his monitoring bracelet and appears to be on the run with his family.

The Pasco County Sheriff's Office is asking for the public's help finding Garrett Bruce, his wife and their two sons.

Bruce's wife Jennifer withdrew her two sons Dylan and Brett from Longleaf Elementary School in New Port Richey on January 10, two days after Bruce removed a court-ordered ankle bracelet that was supposed to track his whereabouts.

At the family home in the Riverside Villas subdivision in New Port Richey, investigators said there is no sign the family packed for a trip. Even the family car still sits in the driveway.
