Over a year ago, Laura Garza from Mission, went missing in New York.

To keep her memory going, friends and family gathered at Our Lady of Guadalupe to hold a candlelight ceremony to remember her. Garza is a Mission native, who went missing in New York City, where she planned a dancing career. Police have been investigating 23 year-old Michael Melee in the case, but there have been no leads to her whereabouts.
