Exercising May Offset the Progression of Alzheimer's Disease

MCALLEN — Nearly 350,000 Texans are living with Alzheimer's.
It take its toll on family members but research shows exercise may help offset the disease.
This year, the direct costs of caring for those with Alzheimer’s or other dementias to will total an estimated $200 billion.
