In this weeks UTPA report, he is described as a genuinely helpful, smart and cool guy and an asset to Sharyland High School.
His name is Luis Mendez, a senior at the University of Texas Pan American and winner of this year's UTPA Student/Employee of the Year award, Sandra Quintanilla reports.
