Documents now reveal Tejano star, Emilio Navaira had a blood alcohol level more than twice the legal limit to drive when he crashed his tour bus.

The results of toxicology tests show his blood alcohol level was 0.19 with the legal limit being 0.08. The March 23rd traffic accident in the Houston area sent the singer, through the windshield of the bus. He continues his medical rehabilitation from the pre-dawn crash. This is not the first time, investigators say, Emilio, has been caught for drinking behind the wheel.

In 2002, Navaira pleaded no contest to a DWI charge and completed probation and 3 years later, the singer was charged with a second DWI after his SUV rolled over as he tried to make a turn on a San Antonio freeway.
