Endangered species to visit Gladys Porter Zoo

BROWNSVILLE, TX (KVEO NEWS CENTER 23) — In observance of the annual Ocelot Conservation Day Festival the Gladys Porter Zoo will open its doors to the public to view a real live Ocelot.
The event is sponsored by the Friends of Laguna Atascosa National Wildlife Reguge and the U.S. Fish & Wildlife Service.
The show will be on Saturday, March 23rd, at the zoo located at 500 E. Ringgold Street, Brownsville, TX from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Regular zoo admission is required with a $1 ticket purchase to enter the show inside the zoo.
