SAN JUAN — Tuesday was the last day for residents in San Juan to cast their vote in the city commissioners runoff election. There were two runoff positions with one for seat four and the other for seat five. Armando Garza and Alva Trevino ran against each other for the commissioner Place 4 seat and Eddie Suarez faced off with Mario Garza for the commissioner Place 5 seat.
