EDINBURG - Police have arrested a man they suspect had been exposing himself to residents in the area.

Ruben Jose Naranjo was arrested over the weekend after several women reported that he was fondling himself in a store parking lot. The victims said they witnessed Naranjo exposing himself while facing them in public view. Police charged him with three counts of indecent exposure and one count of indecency with a child.
